ETMC's mission statement, "A Formula For Success," exemplifies its forward thinking and client-focused services. ETMC is an MBE that has served over 50 high profile clients that include the U.S.Department of Energy, Skanska, Tennessee Valley Authority, McGhee Tyson Airport, and the Tennessee Department of Transportation. ETMC holds a Tennessee General Contractor's License with qualification codes, CMC, BC, CE, MU, HRA-Unlimited. They have consistently fulfilled their diversity goals of over 20% on each project and is a founding member of the East Tennessee Minority Supplier's Development Council.

I.C.F. Builders and Consultants

I.C.F. Builders and Consultants' goal since its inception has been simple, Construct quality buildings, inside budget and time constraints set by the owner. I.C.F. has not only met that goal but exceeded it. For 36 years, I.C.F. has focused on commercial construction with an emphasis on church, hospital, and community oriented projects. I.C.F. has served as both general contractor and construction manager for government agencies such as M.D.H.A., Metro Parks, and the Nashville Metro School System.

Megen Construction Company focuses on understanding what each client needs, what they expect and then delivering their project as promised. Their mission statement, "Delivering Encore Construction Experiences," and 70% repeat business reflects this client-based focus. Megen works well in a large project team. This is evidenced by Megen's successful collaborations with Skanska on six projects including the University of Cincinnati Fifth-Third Arena renovation. Megen is Ohio's first LEED Platinum Builder, and has completed 12 LEED certified projects, ranging from Platinum to Silver, across the country.

Pillars Development

Pillars Development is a development company that engages in site specific master planning, project development and management of public space and special use projects such as museums and convention centers. This Nashville-based firm was founded in 2013 with the aim to guide intentional, thoughtful designs and program execution in an efficient manner to meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations. Pillars Development leverages experience with large-scale, condensed-schedule projects and master plan consulting to deliver a successful finished product for each client.
